TENOFIT SHIPPING POLICY

At TenoFit, we partner with quality suppliers across the US and internationally to bring you the best fitness equipment. Because we work with multiple suppliers, delivery times vary by product type.

1. SHIPPING RATES

We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all US orders over $100 and all Canadian orders over $150.

US orders under $100 — $4.99 flat rate
Canadian orders under $150 — $7.99 flat rate

2. DELIVERY TIMELINES

United States:

  • Standard US-Sourced Items — 5–8 business days
  • Specialty Fitness Equipment — 10–15 business days

Canada:

  • All Items — 12–18 business days

International:

  • Currently shipping to the US and Canada only. Additional countries coming soon.

3. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a tracking number via email as soon as your order has shipped.

4. MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

If you order multiple items, they may arrive in separate packages at different times. This ensures each item reaches you as quickly as possible from its respective supplier.

5. CUSTOMS & DUTIES

We ship DDU — Delivered Duty Unpaid. While rare for US and Canadian orders, any local customs fees or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend checking your local customs regulations if ordering internationally.

6. ORDER TRACKING

7. LOST OR DELAYED PACKAGES

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at tenocreates@gmail.com, and our team will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
